The Spinnekoppen team provides children’s entertainment for both major events and small private parties. Our painters have almost 30 years of hands-on experience.
We deliver a premium service with high-quality face paint and a professional station where children can choose from more than 60 designs. Every artist in our team has extensive public-event experience and can paint up to 15 children per hour to professional standards.
In just a few minutes, we turn every child into a character they are proud to show.
Professional face painting is a strong add-on for events, fairs and celebrations. It keeps children engaged, creates atmosphere, and leaves a warm, family-friendly impression with your visitors and customers.
Our face-paint station is neat, attractive and professionally presented. We work with a curated set of 60+ design examples for all ages, helping children choose quickly while keeping queue flow smooth.
We bring original, creative ideas to every event. If you can imagine it, we can paint it.
Our examples help children decide quickly, but we are not limited to fixed templates. From superheroes to animals and custom ideas, we can create designs on the spot.
We also work in theme and can prepare custom concepts for your campaign or event. Past themes include Halloween, superheroes, nature themes and historical festivals.
Great face painting is not only about technique and speed. It is also about interaction: making shy children feel safe and giving confident children a fun challenge.
We communicate politely with parents and visitors, work independently on large events, and close queues clearly and professionally at agreed end times. Our team is reliable, experienced and used to busy public settings.

Chrischa Van de Voorde and Linda Garré, daughter and mother. Chrischa started face painting in 1997 with her twin sister Vanessa. A few years later Linda joined the team, and over time other talented artists became part of our network.
In 2008 Vanessa started her own tattoo studio (Horisu in Ghent). Linda and Chrischa continued together with the Spinnekoppen team.
Beyond our core team, we also collaborate with trusted colleagues across Flanders. This gives us flexible capacity while maintaining professional quality standards.
The Spinnekoppen team has been painting faces for almost 30 years and teaching for more than 25 years. We are trusted by major companies, cities, organisations and many families.
Over the years, many organisations have booked us repeatedly. We are proud to return every year for family days, community events and holiday celebrations.
Our Story
De Spinnekoppen started in 1997 at a trade fair in Merelbeke, where we were invited as art students to provide face painting.
We quickly learned that face painting is a discipline of its own. Talent helps, but technique, speed and structure matter just as much.
From that point on, we kept training, improving and building experience on real assignments. Today our quality is the result of continuous practice, event work and professional masterclasses.
