Depending on the event, we work with a visual menu of 60+ designs, with written options, or fully custom requests. Our illustrated design boards help children choose quickly and keep queue flow efficient.

For some events we switch to compact name boards that are easy to read, with visual cues for children who cannot read yet.

Our favorite approach is full creative freedom: children ask, we design. From superheroes to unusual requests, we can improvise on the spot and still keep quality and speed high.

How Booking Works

You can book us by email or through the request form on this website. We bring all face-painting materials ourselves. We only ask for basic event details, one table and proper shelter for outdoor events.

On the event day our artists arrive around 30 minutes before start time so everything is ready on time.

We use professional, skin-safe products and follow strict hygiene practices. We are publicly insured and invoice according to confirmed agreements.

I would like to book a face painter. How does this work?
Send us the date, location, event type and required hours (or expected number of children for private parties). We then send you a quote and confirm practical details.

Large events are confirmed with contract details; private bookings receive written confirmation. A quote alone is not a final booking.

On the day itself we arrive with all materials and set up before the agreed start time.
What do we need from the organiser?
One regular table and shelter against sun/rain for outdoor setups. We bring the rest.

A nearby parking space is always appreciated.

Access to fresh water is useful. If unavailable, let us know in advance.

For longer shifts, please provide drinks and a light meal.

We can also bring a party tent if needed (small surcharge applies).
What kind of shelter is required?
A party tent, canopy or covered area is fine, as long as it is stable and provides enough light to work accurately.

Please avoid red tent fabric: it distorts paint colors significantly.
Can you provide a contract?
Yes. Event bookings can be formalized contractually for both parties.
Can I hold a date and decide details later?
Temporarily, yes. We can hold a date for a short period, but final confirmation is required once competing requests arrive.

Final responsibilities and event conditions remain with the organiser.

A booking is only fixed after written confirmation from both sides.
Can hours be adjusted on the day itself?
Within reason, yes. Extra hours can often be added, and reduced hours can be discussed in case of low attendance, always in agreement with the artist and organiser.

Our face painting rates are: EUR 60 per hour per artist, excluding VAT. For private parties we apply EUR 75 per hour including VAT. We calculate travel costs at 0.38/km. We add this separately to your quote, because our artists are based in different locations and travel distances can vary.
